I started marinating the steak two days before I cooked it.  I  took a teaspoon of olive oil and mixed it with about 4 cloves of garlic, ( You can use as much or as little garlic as you prefer).  I took Lawry's Teriyaki marinade and  poured it all over and really rubbed it in.  Don't be scared of the meat people rub it down!!  You can grill the steak however you prefer it, on a fire grill or on a George Foreman grill.  Personally I prefer the juiceiness of a flame-cooked steak.  But its whatever you have available.  Grill to whatever doneness you like your steaks.  

The red potatoes and veggies were amazing and it was pretty much the simplest concoction ever.  I cut the potatoes in fourths took a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and garlic powder and rubbed it all over them.  I felt the need for veggies in my life so I used Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers.  It had carrots, squash, green beans, red peppers... It was amazing.  Plus if you ate the whole bag THREE grams of fat!  Yes delicious!  I put the potatoes and the veggies together in the microwave for about 10 minutes (or until the potatoes get soft).  
This dish was so good, no lie. It was very simple to make, and the longest part was waiting for the coals to get hot.  Enjoy and Happy Love Day!!

Inside Omelet
3 Egg Whites
Red Onion (as much or as little as you prefer)
Low Fat Shredded Cheese (any type of cheese)
Seasonings of choice (i used McCormick Perfect Pinch Mediterranean Herb and some sea salt)

Toppings 
What's good about omelets is that you can pretty much put what you love in them.  I made it simple with a 1/4 of a ripe avocado and about a half a cup of salsa.
